today wasn't to bad but it kinda still sucked beside the fact i went to school at 955. after school i went to nichols park with alex and john and trained like all hell. right now my whole body is sore from muscle exaustion and i never realized how much you use your stomach muscles when just sitting down or standing up but when they hurt u cant do shit. i ran like over 2 miles today and shit was fucking nuts afterwards but its all good in the neighborhood. anyways im gonna go work on my project and shit.

today fucking kicked ass i dont know why so dont ask it was just an awesome day all in all. first of all i got to listen to Sweatin' Bullets when i woke up then i got to play hacky sack in the cafeteria. and so on and so on. i also did really well on a math quiz i took which kicks ass cause i need to get good grades or my mom bitches at me. well im gonna go and if you eally want to know who i am listen to these two songs. thx to joe and alex for introducing me.
